We no longer sell prepaid credits, we only offer subscriptions. If you’re looking to just use one film, the best way to do that is to get the $25 monthly download subscription that comes with 10 videos downloads. You can download the videos and then cancel your subscription :)
Your downloads are stored in your account settings to the right under the “Download History" tab. Your films are stored for the life of your account and can be re-downloaded at any time.
Our films are compressed and delivered in a zip file. Once you have downloaded a file, simply double click on the file and your computer should automatically "unzip" the file. If not, you may need the free Stuffit Expander or WinZip.
The running time of each video is listed to the right of the video’s title under the download button.
Most of our newer films are 1920×1080 High Definition, a bunch of them are 1280x720, and a few of the older pieces are 720x480. Our newer films are in the MPEG 4 file format and the rest are in the MPEG-1 format.
To save a film to consider later, just click on the heart icon under each film preview to save to you "Favorites" tabs viewable in account settings.
