“My God, My God, why have you forsaken me?” This psalm of David is a meditation on the loneliness each one of us has felt. Christ identifies with us in our suffering and has asked his Father the same hard questions.
On Sunday Jesus was welcomed and adored. On Friday He was cursed and crucified.
"I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”
My grace is enough; it's all you need. My strength comes into its own in your weakness.
